Yes, there's no lock-in and you can cancel your subscription at anytime. When cancelling, it will cancel at the end of your current billing period; you can still use the pro features until the end of your billing period.
Yes! You can request a refund within 3 days of being charged. Just reach out by email at team@underleaf.ai within this time frame.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:
1. Log in to app.underleaf.ai
2. Go to your Profile page
3. Click "Manage Subscription"
This will take you to the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel your subscription.
You can update your payment method through the Stripe billing portal. Log in to app.underleaf.ai, go to your Profile, and click "Manage Subscription" to access your billing settings.
This usually happens when the subscription email doesn't match your Underleaf account email. To resolve this:
1. Check which email you used during subscription (check your receipt)
2. Make sure you're logged into app.underleaf.ai with the same email
3. If they don't match, contact us at team@underleaf.ai with both email addresses
When your subscription ends, your account will revert to the free plan. You'll still have access to Underleaf with 10 free credits per month, but you'll lose access to premium features like higher page limits for PDF conversion.
We accept all major credit cards through our secure Stripe checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
