About the ECCV Template

ECCV (European Conference on Computer Vision) is the top European computer vision conference, held biennially in even-numbered years. Unlike CVPR and ICCV which use IEEE format, ECCV publishes proceedings through Springer in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series.

The ECCV LaTeX template uses the Springer LNCS format (llncs document class) with a single-column layout and a generous 14-page limit for the main content, excluding references. This longer page limit compared to CVPR/ICCV allows authors to present more detailed methodology and experimental results.

Because ECCV uses the Springer LNCS format, authors familiar with other Springer conferences will find the formatting requirements identical. The template is available from Springer's official conference proceedings guidelines page and as an Overleaf template.
