APS REVTeX LaTeX Template
American Physical Society Journals
REVTeX 4.2 template for Physical Review Letters, Physical Review A-E, PRX, and other APS journals.

About the APS REVTeX Template
REVTeX is the official LaTeX macro package developed by the American Physical Society (APS) for preparing manuscripts for submission to APS and AIP (American Institute of Physics) journals. REVTeX 4.2 is the current version, supporting all major physics journals.
The template supports Physical Review Letters (PRL), Physical Review A through E, Physical Review X (PRX), Physical Review Applied, Physical Review Fluids, Physical Review Materials, Physical Review Accelerators and Beams, and Reviews of Modern Physics. Each journal has its own document class option (prl, pra, prb, etc.).
REVTeX 4.2 requires several standard LaTeX packages including natbib (v8.31a+), textcase, bm, and AMS-LaTeX. It's available through CTAN, TeX Live, and MikTeX, and is pre-installed on Overleaf. The template handles the complex formatting requirements of physics papers including equation numbering, figure placement, and bibliography styles specific to each journal.
