How the deduplication works
Three-pass dedupe: first by DOI (exact match), then by normalized title (first 60 chars, lowercase, alphanumeric only), then by normalized cite key. The first occurrence wins; subsequent duplicates are dropped. Field order is normalized, title, author, year, journal/booktitle, then everything else.
