About the ICASSP Template
ICASSP (IEEE International Conference on Acoustics, Speech and Signal Processing) is the flagship conference of the IEEE Signal Processing Society and the largest annual gathering in the field. It spans speech recognition and synthesis, audio and music processing, image and video signal processing, machine learning for signal processing, and communications.
ICASSP 2027 will be held in Toronto, Canada (May 16–21, 2027). Full papers are due September 16, 2026, acceptance notifications go out January 13, 2027, and final manuscripts are due January 27, 2027. Authors must register by February 10, 2027.
ICASSP uses the standard IEEE conference format: the IEEEtran document class in two-column layout on US Letter paper, with numbered IEEE-style citations. Check the official call for papers for the current page limit before submitting; the co-located Open Journal of Signal Processing track accepts longer 8+1-page submissions on the same review timeline.
Because ICASSP shares the IEEEtran template with hundreds of other IEEE conferences, authors who have written for ICRA, IROS, or any IEEE venue can reuse their setup with minimal changes.
